The University of Miami strives to continually improve quality of care for our patients. As part of this initiative, the division of Audiology has established the aural rehabilitation program, “Q-Tips”. Patients will receive monthly tips regarding hearing aid use, care and maintenance, troubleshooting, and communication strategies. Let us help save you a trip to the clinic by assisting you via e-mail or telephone for simple questions or concerns! Patients are encouraged to e-mail the “Q-Tips” with any questions that they would like to see answered in future e-mail sessions.
